The Phil-Harmonic Podcast Episode 44

This week our host is many miles from home, job hunting in an alien city... with actual man flu. The kind of unusual conditions that might cause lesser podcasts to go by the weigh side and skip a week. Not this podcast. I’m more prepared than that.

This is in fact our very last regular episode of 2012. Our episode at the start of December will hopefully be some extended recordings from an ‘Ibiza Reunion’ house party we are having here in London this weekend. After that, it’s our two monster Year Mixes which will hopefully drop before 2012 is out.

Don’t forget - please please please please take some time out to hop over to the facebook page and give me your suggestions for your favourites of 2012. All suggestions will be considered for inclusion in those big That Was 2012 mixes. I’m really keen to see how my current lists match up with listeners of the show.

Anyway... this week, our last regular episode is just doing things by the Phil-Harmonic book. A straight down the middle showcase of electro, prog and uplifting trance. Quite a short episode this week though. Mainly to make up for some ridiculously long ones of late.

Unfortunately, I do have to hold my hands up and say that there is a transition in this episode that I’m really not happy with – the kind of mistake that I've not made on the podcast for a good while now. Interestingly, when I gave the episode a bit of a test run for some friends after an evening at Trance Sanctuary last weekend, I didn't notice the mistake at all. Maybe a measure of how drunk I was at that stage. It is there, so apologies. The rest is pretty much bang on though, so enjoy it.
