The Phil-Harmonic Podcast Episode 56

After rambling on a bit about Will.I.Amgate last week, a more word thrifty blog seems in order.

But while the blog may be shorter, this week's episode most certainly isn't. It's ran over by a spectacular 10 mins+. I did anticipate that this one might be lengthy but it wasn't until I was actually mixing the thing that I realized that playing two tracks by Photographer was going to dramatically extend proceedings. 9 mins plus each; And they are fans of those 64 measure intros.

Anyway, enough DJ tech geek talk. So much good melodic music in this week's uptempo episode.

I've started things off with a darker, tech angle in the shape of Boom, Zeus and Vanilla, three tracks which slot very nicely into each other and a good way to ease into the more driving stuff.

Later on, look out for those 2 Photographer productions, an incredible new Bryan Kearney uplifter and the Mortal Kombat themed banger, Fatality. Also, a couple of oldies that I think will surprise people this week - in particular an old remix by John O'Callaghan that will get a few memories flowing for anyone who was clubbing when it was released. Really takes this mix in a welcome new direction too.
